Well, dang. Thanks for the heads up! I feel I should have known that...maybe I did? I dunno, I'm getting old.

Be sure to post up a build thread and keep us (well, me) apprised of the process when you get re-certified! :like:
Im still waiting for Sarge green to be an option, it might be a while. haha

I have been troubleshooting this very same thing. I just installed a Clayton OffRoad 2.5 Overland Plus kit, Fox shocks and a Fox Stabilizer. Alignment within Spec. except fo the caster. currently at 4.3ish. My feeling its the stabilizer causing the pull to the right in my case. Read somewhere others have had similar results with this Stabilizer model (IFP 98524173).
I finally got around to taking the fox stabilizer off and put the stock one back on. It still pulls right. back to the drawing board. I guess I can try swapping the front tires to see id that resolves it.

@Rock Krawler Suspension any preproduction pics of the 4.5's with 37s? Thanks!
With 37's I do not, we haven't put that combo together. The blue one here is on Nitto 40's with Nemesis fenders and the white one here is on BFG 39's with Sport Max Tow fenders. The lift arms are not touching in the photo of the white one.

The DEF tank is 100% in the way of using a Pro X kit. If you were to relocate your DEF tank, there would be no foreseeable issues although it is untested. The current springs are not rated for the diesel's additional weight. We are currently working on diesel springs for 3", 4.5" and 1.5", in that order. Our budget boost systems will work without issue for a 1.5" lift front and rear.
any ideas on a spot to relocate to? if so any plans to offer a kit?
ive been planning to hit enough speed bumpers to shake all that stuff loose but not till after warranty

I've been pondering that myself and don't have a solid solution yet. My first thought was to pick up a JL DEF tank and see if I can fit it in the spare tire well. The JL tank is a lower profile (vertically) and seems as though it might tuck in there nicely. I will probably get into that sometime this winter, whenever time permits as it is a personal project and not a company project.

As far as a plan for RK to offer a kit, no shot, boss shut me down hard on that one a few weeks ago. We don't want to get anywhere near EPA's radar for emissions on diesels. While relocating the tank should be a non-issue for EPA concerns, the sheer magnitude of the fines levied against manufactures who are modifying or defeating emissions control devices on diesels is enough to scare us, far far away.

If we do go down this road, and if it is successful, we will certainly share our knowledge on how we did it.

This is, like, the worst news I've had all week. Looking forward to a solution on any of your kits for this problem. ?

Thats a nice looking rig there my friend:like:.

Would you measure from the ground to the highest point of the truck and let me know how tall it is? I'll be installing this lift if it will still fit in my tiny garage.

Heck I was so excited I ran out and measured my door hight in my PJ's. 82 even. That leaves me with 3.5 inches of wiggle room. I better remember that if we get 6 inches of snow.

Thanks for taking time out of your day to help me out:like:
