Yup I agree with this.If you aren't getting help from Jeep, put some pressure on them. File a complaint with NHTSA. Mention the TSB and the parts not available. This could easily turn into a recall with enough pressure. And FCA has been in trouble before for providing parts to build new vehicles but not for recalls on customer owned vehicles.

I had another phone call from @JeepCares this evening, the first call I had from them was terrible, but this one was even worse - had the most unprofessional person on the call.
I was told that I am no.21 on the waitlist, and the dealer is only allowed to order one kit every 21 days.
When I asked for the @JeepCares person to give feedback to FCA about this, and she said she would not do that. I asked surely you can give feedback - she said that she is "documenting" it. When I asked if anyone would look at this "documentation" and she said no. I was like wow, what a waste of time. Useless customer support.
