Powder coat or re-plate in black zinc. You don't want black phosphate really if you want long life exposed to weather. Powder can have any sheen you want and is tough, black zinc will be not a perfect black if you look close but can also be matte or gloss or flat as you want.

I wasn't feeling the rotopax containers with the cargo rack hole locations so I drilled my own holes to make it vertical. The second picture was the old location.

The only holes on the cargo rack I bought were these two but that only allowed me to mount the rotopax bracket to where the storage containers only mounted strait up. I drilled two more holes to mount it vertically instead.

I also mounted these two clamps for an off road shovel. Any ideas?

Finally got around to installing the Hothead Headliners. My JLUR came with the Mopar headliners and I never really appreciated them until I rented a JL Sport for a week in the middle of summer. I put 1200 miles on the vehicle driving from PA down to NC. I was surprised at how much heat transfers through the panels. I am sure it helps with the sound as well. I also ordered their sound assassin package to complete the install. The process didn't take too long. I know you are able to install without removing the top but taking the top of the JT versus the JL is so much easier especially having a bed to lay it on

After a small mix-up on front brackets that was very quickly fixed... finally got around to installing the last bit of bling to the underside that I now need to get out and unbling...
