Looks great! Those tires are on my short list, how are they with road noise?Always a personal favorite upgrade, new tires. These are Cooper Evolution M/T 35s. I went with these because they are only 3lbs heavier than my stock Falken M/T and priced really well. Being light weight, they feel same. I can feel a little difference steering, with the extra contact patch. 4:88 Regear happens Monday.

I didn't notice any difference between these and my stock Falken M/Ts. But I don't know how the Falkens compare to other tires. I do need to reduce the air pressure though, so I get a better contact patch with the stock wheels.Looks great! Those tires are on my short list, how are they with road noise?
i went with the bartact front and rear as well. pricey and definitely a pain to install... but looks great and fit like a glove... definitely high quality... i went black with gray inserts to match my sting grayThrew my new Bartacts on. What a bear to install, but NICE!

It looks like a legal parking spot to me - no cross-hatch lines painted; no "No Parking" sign; no barricades set up - there is absolutely no reason to ticket it...You'd get a ticket here for parking there if some busy body saw it and ratted you out

Yes I am in the AARP age group and have been feeling the ol back complaining after tire rotations. 100 pound tire/wheel combos are around 2/3 my body weight.
the tire jack is something I had toying around in my head for a couple years. Finally hadmotivation to build a prototype. The castor wheels help move the tire to and fro. The wooden wheels were made with a hole saw. These allow rotation of the tire while it is lifted to height to line up the studs.
It worked but imrpvments are needed. The 1/2 inch threaded rods are strong enough but the hinge bolt was a bit anemic and allowed the front and rear tire supports to twist on each other.
Love the ingenuity!![]()

How does that ordinance read?Always a reason to write a ticket here.... HS kids were doing it a couple years ago because the snow was blocking a bunch of spots at the HS so the council passed an emergency ordinance to prohibit it, ticket then tow the offenders.... now that we have several cops per citizen, it seems, they need something to pass their shift
