Is it best to install with hard top off or can one do it with hard top installed on Jeep?

As others have mentioned it's possible. Wasn't hard to take the top off and made it easier to clean. Definitely a great mod.

its an aftermarket kit made to look oem. No ecu flash required. was actually not supposed to be prelabeled so a little annoyed. They work well otherwise and easy to install.
