Had a Rusty”s 2” basic lift with their RX800 shocks along with Rusty”s Sidestep Rocker Armor installed. A much better ride over the fox shock setup that comes on the Rubicon.

I wonder if im the only person that has spent a considerable amount of money on mods and have not touched the tires or suspension? I want to really bad but im waiting until the 36k mile mark if i can because of all the steering issues these were prone to having.

I'm at about $8K and haven't touched either.

Finally installed my HotHead's Sound Assassin floor package. I think I bought this around Christmas time. Between Ohio's weather and a very busy spring... well you guys know.

Installation was simple. I was dogging some storms so as soon as I got the driver side done I popped the seat back in in case it started to rain. Still have to put the carpet and seats back in in the morning but Just glade to get one more box out of the basement.

Picked my Mojave up last night. Put on shorty antenna, Mopar all weather mats, mopar door sills. Waiting on my 35” ridge grapplers on morphic rims. Will put in my LED lights (supernovas) and Bak X4s cover this weekend.

Tube doors are on!

I found a set of Mopar knockoffs for less than $400 (don’t bother asking for the link as its all sold out in hours) but was on both Amazon and eBay.

Had to add some thick washers to space the rear latches, as well as grind down the bump stop bolts. Also, oddly the “T-50” is written inverted on one side of the latches. but the “Eject” text is fine on all. All in all, I figured it was gonna be more hell than that for 1/3rd the cost of the real things. Even the straps were nicer than I expected. I did did a little thing with some zip ties and some rubber tube to keep the straps from falling off.

Finished em up with some SxS mirrors, but not quite sold on them yet. I may still go with a CMM down the road, but i just want something to look back with so as long as these stay planted, I won’t be in a hurry.

And to keep it dry when out and about, just got a 10x15 camping tarp which ill add some shock cord or bungees to and hook it on stuff.

I have a set en route for Snazzle. Their Tuscan Leather. The 7 slot logo will be the same Amaretto color as the seats. Stock photo, obviously.
