Put on the BAK REVOLVER X4S tonneau cover. Easy install once I got a tap kit and cleaned out all the bed liner gunking up the threads.

I spent a couple of hours trying to remove those damned KS and NE BUGS from everywhere - the winch, the bumper, in the bumper, in the lights, in every nook and cranny, where all the parts of the grill go together, way back in those spots you can't get anything into to clean bugs out. Imagine having a screen window covered with thousands of bugguts and you have to have every single wire, every single square of that screen wire bug free - you can't do it on these.

I discovered that some Jeeps come with a factory installed bug deflector - for the BOTTOM!
Doesn't work well, though - the drag link, track bar and other parts still had NE and KS BUG GUTS all over..

Thanks for reminding me of one of my Dad’s favorite jokes this Father’s Day: What’s the last thing that goes through a bug’s mind when it hits a windshield? Its ass.

Changed front diff oil. Found that the breather tube was broken off at the diff. I was worried that water may have gotten into it but the oil did not show signs of contamination.

The start of my Frankenstein cockpit setup.

The switchpod is the Voswitch JL200, which has a phone mount base on each side; the mounting balls are the same size as the Ram Mounts "Size B" arms. The tablet has a Ram Mounts base epoxied to the case, connected to their longest straight arm.

They didn't have any GoPro mounting solutions that I liked, so I ordered one from 67 Designs. I had to cut the left mount off flush and bolt on a 67 Designs ball, because of course they're different sizes.

Next on the list: cleaning up those power cables, and figuring out where I want to put a GMRS Radio.

Got a rear bumper fabricated for more clearance. Ill be trimming the body line more and adding some skid protection to the sides as well. Got tired of seeing the same stuff on the market and not enough slim or low profile bumpers out there.

Put on some Rubicon led painted fenders this weekend, they are not painted in Gator but I don't think I could have gotten a better color. I was thinking about vinyl wrapping them but it turns out the color works pretty good.

Thanks! Can't say that I have either and I had fully planned on doing something with it but it is growing on me and I am really starting to like it.
