Installed the Truxedo LoPro cover last night. The reviews were mixed on it, but the same product on my fiancés 5th Gen RAM fit great so I gave it a go. Total install was ~1.5 hours, but I took my time and read through the install and placed parts just so on the tailgate before proceeding on. Fit is good overall, but I could see a where a rushed job would lead to gaps.

You don’t need to drill through the firewall and all of that other stuff…there is a rubber boot penetration in the passenger footwell that you can poke through and route the wires to the battery. When I ran mine, I wrapped the battery wires to 8” length of coat hanger with electrical tape and then poked the end of the hanger through the boot. Then pulled the wires up along the battery. Removing the PCM, fuse box, etc. isn’t necessary.

i'm guessing you don't have the mopar slush mats? they use the drain plug hole to secure into so unfortunately that method won't be an option

Finished up the aux switch install and got my lights wired up. Feeding the harness through the firewall was an absolute pain, but otherwise very happy with how clean it all looks.

Oh that's pretty cool. I already wired up two, so probably won't at this point, but it seems nice.
