Got rid off the bright silver bezals, on the bumber

Yeah replaced the bright silver out with a set from a Mohava, so a dark grey.

I ordered one of those, they look well built. I will install mine when I get back stateside, but haven't seen a lot posted about the install. I have the factory installed bed liner and was worried about the screw holes being filled in with the bed liner. Did you encounter this?

I installed the side panels a couple of weeks ago and the front panel this week. I used my drill to clean out the bed liner material that was in the screw holes. Be careful not to actually drill down into the holes as you don't want to damage the internal threads. I like these Molle Panels...

Those look like used return parts - you know, as in someone installed, used for a while, did not like, so returned them. Then they were just 'rewrapped'.

I thought possibly the same thing, except I dont think they actually installed them, unless they shipped out all new hardware, as those looked fine, except they didn't do a good job o retapping the threads after coating. The welded nuts also seemed like they were eye-balled rather than jigged. I mean they will serve the purpose, but they are meh.

I only bought the front panel, going to install 2x 1.75 Rotopax on them. Super clean. Also did yours come with the black hardware?

The hardware is silver as supplied. I painted everything satin black before installing. I think it looks better than the contrasting silver.

Buttoned up my Metalcloak Install.
Differential covers painted in VHT Wrinkle finish Gray, rear track bar, tie bar and steering stabilizer, and then the differential skids.
Also have the drag link, but I ran out of time to get Installed. Also it was putting up a hell of a fight to get off. So decided to do it later when I do the synergy steering brace and dana/spicer ball joints.

Then with it all buttoned up, took it on some trails to shake it down and see the first snow of the year here.

Finally got my fenders, headlights, and inner liners all back together. Morimoto DRL's/Turn Signals, and DV8 headlights. All wired up for the switchbacks too.

Well yesterday I refinanced her. Dropped the rate by 3% + they put 2.5% of the loan total into my checking. So with the saving I dropped the hammer on a Aluminum belly skid and UHMW belly skid kit from Next Venture Motorsports. Suppose to ship within five weeks.

Installed my rugged ridge arcus bumper and x-bull 10k winch. Both went together really easy. Only took about an hour and half. The bumper quality seems great. The bar is different than what I was expecting. Most pictures show a round bar the bends forward. This one is stamped steel and hugs the grill. I’m happy about that since it’s completely out of the front camera view. I’ll have to drill holes in it to mount any lights. My fog lights don’t work with it. I need to swap mine for some non-OEM metal bumper ones. Now I just need to go get stuck.
