Finished installing my Rockblokz mud flaps. They grey isn't a 1000% perfect match but looks better than the black would have. Cutting them to fit the wider and shorter performance rock rails was a fun lesson in trial and error.

I haven't done mine yet, how bad was getting them to fit the front with those rails? I'm wondering if it would be easier to drop the rails and cut 2-3 inches off the front and reinstall, that would give options for the brand of mud flap as well. I did the same with my JKU at one time.

Probably doesn't make much difference, but the ones I use have heatsinks, the other set uses fans.

If the fan fails, I doubt the light will last long, but that's just my take on it.
The manufs. for these two show MTBF 30K hrs (non-fan) vs 50K hrs (fan) - if you can believe Chinese manufs. numbers ?

Mounted a Pelican BX90R Cargo Case to my Rhino Rack Pioneer platform using the Pelican universal roof mounts. Super clean and secure mounting system.

Added this emblem to my grab handle. Got this idea from another post about there not being an actual Gladiator insert in the handle. Oh and pulled out a quart of oil since my dealership thinks the 3.6’s take 6 instead of 5 quarts. Didn’t have time to wait or go back. Next oil change I’ll make sure it’s right.

I got the 3/4" seat jacker installed on my seat today. I had thought I was getting comfortable with the seat, but it just didn't quite feel right.

I'm really glad I went for it, it is so much better for me now. I almost don't feel like I need a dead pedal anymore, now that my legs are supported.

For reference I'm 5 10 and 270lbs. Definitely worth it!

Fun weekend with the Jeep!

It’s been a little neglected as of late, and got the boot out of the garage. Added an FRS RS 2.0 to the garage. Twice gas mileage and as fun on the road as the Glad is off-road.

With all the mods done on the glad now, took it to a local off road course event. Good recovery skills brushup, and got to play in the mud and beat on it some. Nothing came loose or made horrible noises, so feel pretty confident that I got it together well enough!

After the fun and games, mounted up some studded 285/70/17 Nokian Hakkas LT3 on Sport Takeoffs. I also added some black lugnuts just to complete the blackout look.

What lugs did you use? Ive gotten black ones in the past and the paint came right off…they ended up looking like spline lugs with the rust lines
