This may be a dumb question, but do you have to open the mount and tip it upright when you fill? I thought there was a special dip tube you could get for the powertank to mount it horizontally, but yours is even pointed down a little. That doesn't mess up the flow?

In order to use the powertank horizontally you need to send your tank back to powertank in order for them to install the snorkel tube upgrade. They have to do this for you. Note sure if you are quoting the right person but mine is not pointing down. You are probably quoting the member with the 10lb tank. Mine is 15lbs.

I plan on pulling mine out to use it. Otherwise the previous post is correct. Powertank offers a snorkel tube that allows you to use it horizontally.

First off o found out why the ride was suddenly so awful (swayed as if front sway bar was disconnected… it was on passenger side. The bolt fell out, see picture. I had the lift put on by reputable shop but i still should have gone back and tightened everything after 500 miles and marked with a pen. Fixed that and ride is great.
I am replacing the rear springs with something HD for towing and hauling weight, but throwing 2” spacer on this weekend until I figure out springs and shocks to buy. The stock 3.5” Rubicon Express rear springs are way too soft and has me on the bump stops with my roof top tent. The picture below is without the tent, leaves only about 1” to bump stop.

I am finally putting my front bumper and winch on this weekend and will see if I need to replace the front springs as well.

Also added the Anvil Overland dash bar for phone and tablet mounts. Really nice and well designed product! I love it.

I didn’t add any extra spacing, but the Mojave naturally sits 1/2” wider in stock form if I’m not mistaken. If that’s correct, then moving to the 12.5” tire + -12mm (.5“) offset and inherent .5” on the Mojave should add ~2” total to a stock non-Mojave on the Dana 44s

Today I added a mopar steel stubby bumper, skid plate and hoop. I reused the plastic trim piece from the plastic bumper temporarily...I'll be adding a JCOffroad winch plate and Teraflex leveling kit once I decide on the winch, probably end up with another Warn with synthetic rope.

Added some forward ditch lighting today. Diode Dynamics 6" bars. I was going stick with round KC type lights and I love those but at the last moment I saw a member here that had these and I thought they looked great and inconspicuous.
