Kate at Jeep Cares just sent me a PM, I responded asking what the temporary fix was. I wish she would just post up in here on the thread.

perhaps i was unclear, it sounds like they are still working on the real solution...but they have something available for now.

From Jeep Cares:

Hi, Brooks. Internal engineers are still working on a repair for this concern, however, we do have an intermittent fix available that the dealer can perform. We recommend that if your situation is severe, that you get in touch with your dealer to have them take a look.

I did the same, I was going to see what he came back with.

dealer said there is no "fix"... the "fix" is just for them to inspect and make sure nothing is messed up by the bottoming out. There is an update coming first quarter 22...

Same old story, but this response from JeepCares leads me to believe there is an intermittent fix.

There was a rumor about some possible reimbursement if you "fix" the problem on your own...While probably not likely...Wonder if that would apply to an AEV or MetalCloak lift... Not feeling a great deal of confidence in Mopars Suspension engineering team at the moment

My 2021 Jeep gladiator rubicon diesel is currently at the dealer service department with same bottoming out issue. I Can’t even drive over a speed bump at 5 mph without it bottoming out with a bang.I’m embarrassed when it bonks loud enough for people to look in shock at me. It’s been at the service department for almost 2 weeks.nice service guy said waiting for parts.what parts I don’t know.service guy also said some 1,200 dollar lift would fix it. I said that ain’t gonna happen!Sucks to have a brand new Jeep and not be able to go off roading. Kinda takes all the joy out of the purchase
@JeepCares, please care a bit more and get us on the road.

It seems that some jeeps are worse about this than others. My 2021 JTD does bottom out, but only at severe bumps or when going fast offroad. I am interested to see how jeep resolves this though.

What are the chances that Jeep puts a value on the "fix" and reimburses people that have already gotten a lift from another company? A man can dream right?
