The dealer installed the RC spacer lift, so I never drove it before. With RC lift It rode ok I guess, but I wasn’t happy. Jeep felt a bit bouncy, specially in the rear over any bumps specially at Hwy speed. I changed out the entire suspension last week to a proper lift, with correct arm geometry, upgraded front steering linkage etc. now it’s a completely different ride. How did it ride with the 3.5 spacer compared to stock? thanks!
The bouncy probably did not come from the RC Spacer lift. OEM springs have a bit of a floaty boat feeling to them. Ride looks great!Pic of the new lift explained in above post. I wanted the adjustable Falcon SP2 3.3 shocks but they aren’t avail around here until this summer. Couldn’t wait that long. Very happy with the 2.1’s

Thanks, hard to say, I did drive my brothers stock launch edition gladiator back in May of 2020 and it didn’t feel bouncy at all compared to how mine drove RC lifted. The added 3.5 spacers and longer RC shocks over the OEM Fox shocks did however feel bouncy and unsettled at times. With the new suspension the Jeep feels planted, no movement, and solid steering. The bouncy probably did not come from the RC Spacer lift. OEM springs have a bit of a floaty boat feeling to them. Ride looks great!
