After seeing some of the other members change their cabin filters, I thought I would change mine. I didn't realize it was so dirty. I replaced mine with a Mopar one, but it appears there are several cheaper options, including Wix.

I changed mine to K&N reusable cabin filter. I haven't washed it yet since it was 4k miles ago but will once I come back from my weekend trip just to see how dirty it gets.

Im curious how it appears after only a couple thousand miles. I thought about the k&n since its all in house Maitenance and eventually will end up less expensive

Quickly running out of time before we head to UT on Saturday for 17 days. So I am frantically trying to finish up projects.

I can’t stand wires everywhere in any vehicle. So I purchased a Media USB / Mini C plug off of EBay ($30) and modified it and the dash to work with my Bullet Proof mount. I think it turned out great and works as designed. Even made a custom radar mount with hidden power. This is not just a charging port but ties into the factory audio with all the CarPlay functionality

Low cost mod that I think is cool.

It looks great. How did you tap into the factory wiring to make sure everything like CarPlay works?

Just finished (3.5 hrs) my front and rear Armorlite flooring and front and rear Sound Assassins (too big of a hurry to finish to take any pictures.) May not of needed the rear Armorlite because it is under my rear seat delete platform. I will try it out tomorrow to see how quit the JT is with all this additional insulation and sound deadening.

Now what to do with the carpet and floor liners, because the carpet is not going back in.

I also have a full rear seat delete for the gladiator. Did the rear Armorlite interfere with the installation of the goose gear on top of the armor lite?

debating if I should just get the fronts done

thanks!

If you were NEVER going to reinstall the rear seat again it is kind of a wasting money. It did not interfere with the rear deck installation except over the tunnel where I had to trim a small portion that is never seen with the deck installed or the seats installed up or down.

This is great! How about a write-up on that entire upper dash setup?
