Are the Oracle rear lights worth it? Sure would come in handy with folks running their brights behind you just to give them a little blip. Soooo many idiot drivers around the Gainesville FL area either running brights or no lights at all.
Worth it because it’s another thing to add to my build ?

Got some rock love. The rails did their job!

They did, but you twisted your frame so bad that the passenger door won’t close all of the way! So sorry.

actually just saved this photo. Love the vertical wood for the crossbeam, have not seen anyone else do that.
Yeah, at first I considered a full support across , but ultimately decided on the side supports…. a bit extra load support, but also friction fits to the wheel wells so the cross support stays in place better.

How far back do the steps go and do they cover the body crease? Liking the look and the price. I considered TNT Customs steps but they are super pricey and you have to powder coat them yourself.
They're fractionally short of the rear arch but come down low enough to obscure most of the bottom seam.

I pulled my passenger rear wheel after my kid pointed out that the new wheel/tire looked like it was wobbling.

found that my local discount tire didn’t take a hub centric ring off when they put my new wheels in… in which I didn’t need.

the whole wheel was off the hub by at least 3/16’s… definitely got lucky there

Installed spiderweb shade for this amazing top down weather we've been getting. I love the new? design for the JL/JT with the little screw in fasteners for the bungee cords. And I think I knew but had definitely forgotten that our windshields fold down. Love the shade though. The grey doesn't match perfectly but was better for me than another black.

Installed a Rubicon rear bumper, with Rubicon bed sliders and Motobuilt slider brackets. The Motobuilt brackets come raw steel, so I asked my dad (who paints professionally at his body shop daily) to paint them any color that he happened to be shooting whenever he could get to it, no rush. Two days later he drops them off and I had no words for him. I explained to him that once installed, not many people will ever see the brackets unless one lays under the truck and is specifically trying to see them.

I told him thanks a lot (jokingly of course) now I have to take photos of these before I install them because of how beautiful they are! ?
He did not use Granite Crystal Metallic, but they look damn good for brackets that no one (except me) will ever get to see. My dad always comes through on any painting projects I throw at him, and the fact that he is so particular about his work/trade is no doubt why I am so particular about any job/work that has my name on it as well.

If you’re talking about the annoying back up sensors, there’s a button on the dash to turn it off.
I could be wrong, but I'm guessing the lack of back up camera view.
I went decades without a back up camera and was fine, but after the first time I installed one, it became pretty annoying when it was obstructed. hahaha..
I hate backing up with the tailgate down. heh

Added another tow hook. I always thought the Sport with one hook looked funny. A trip to the dealer and about $100 later and some elbow grease, tada!!
Saved some money instead of buying a rubicon rear bumper.

Wow, makes me wonder how many things I don't know my truck does yet! But that's going to be a game-changer, thanks so much for taking the time to show me that.

Installed a lightbar on my Mojave. 7-inch Oracle 3-function lights. I used a KC Hilites lightbar, Gorhino window mount A pillars, some 1/2 inch round knurled spacers, 6 40mm M8 x 1.25 mm hex drive screws, and 4 custom 3D printed cylindrical spacers on the cowls. Also 4 13 mm nuts for the hex screws. I built the harness out of 4 strand 14 gauge wire and Deutsch connectors. TONS of space for wire routing next to the hood hinges. It is wired directly to the aux switches. This setup would also work for the popular 50-52 inch rectangular lightbars, but I really like the old-school round look.
