Even looks to have 1 piece painted fenders. Don't think I have seen those either.
By George you are right. I didn't even know that those even existed. I first thought that they was just painted extension pieces. I'll be.

Stock form will almost always get you the best MPG because the auto makers must meet CAFE requirements and those keep skyrocketing. They also have to configure vehicles to get through the EPAs testing.
When I got my Overland with the 3.73 gearing I thought it was going to be trouble - trouble towing, trouble with Rubicon Falken take-offs (wheels and tires from a Rubicon) and I'd wish I had 4.10s. In fact, I even looked into the 4.10 gears after I bought my truck.
A season of running the Rubicon 33" tires and later towing with it changed my mind. I'm fine with the 3.73 gearing. (such as a non-max tow would have)
The lower engine RPM gives better mpg and lower RPM also means less wear when going the same mpg because there's fewer rotations, and the pistons and rings are sliding up and down the cylinder walls fewer times.
So you need to decide what your personal goals are -not what others tell you looks best or what would make them like how your truck looks better. You would be the owner, driver and person having to look at it daily, not them. Satisfy you, not others.
Yes, there are things that work better technically and there's a lot of good advice out there on that.
If you want to go bigger tires for looks, then you might consider the 4.10 ratio. If you will be towing a heavy trailer or want to haul 1300 pounds of block in the back, then max tow - but I've towed 5,000 pounds and hauled a bit over 1,000 pounds of landscaping block in my Overland and it's been fine. I'm quite happy with it. The only thing I'm not really happy about is the fact I'm putting a lot of miles on it and it is getting old. Man, 2 1/2 years and over 25,000 miles already! LOL
I use mine like a truck and it does a good job. If I towed a travel trailer, that might be different but there's guy (and gals) out there towing small and light travel trailers who won't have max tow as well.
Your choice - YOUR truck. Satisfy you, not me or anyone else.
Thanks i appreciate the input. The plan is to take the Mojave 33s and throw them on the Sport S from Gupton. Then bump the Mojave up to 35s with a 2 inch lift. I suppose the 33s on the Sport S is mostly for the look value and also it would be nice to make it a little more capable as it might see offroading every now and then. I cant bring myself to beat up the Mojave. So if anything is getting trail rash i suppose it will be the Sport S daily driver.

Those are the fender flares that first showed up on the 4XE Sahara. I didn't realize they are now on the Gladiator HA as well.

Guys,

I ordered my Gladiator two months ago and picked it up earlier from Gupton this week. If you have any concerns or worries about shopping with Gupton, let me put your mind at ease. Pricing was straightforward as promised. We were in and out in an hour. There were absolutely zero sleazy car dealer tactics. If you’re in the market for a CJDR product, this is your go to place. They’ve made a lifelong customer out of me.

Renee and Daniel made this purchase sure easy and stress free.

Did you get an extended warranty? I'm wondering how that's handled at Gupton. Is it a given price or is there a negotiation? Are there any other last minute decisions to make at pickup?

They offer a couple of back-office sales things you can add into the financing if you want, like mopar extended warranty, wheel warranty, and extended maint…. It is NOT high pressure and is a quick 5-10min thing.

WOW, just WOW. I have never seen so many Gladiators let along Jeep front ends in one place. Dealerships here look like nothing compared to that!
Beautiful!
I know!!! I have not seen ANY dealer of ANY brand have as much as 15% of the jeeps Daniel has on his lot!,
He‘s got wranglers, gladiators, grand wagoneers, etc.
He is doing it right on both the customer and manufacturer end of things! If more dealers would adopt this model of moving product and not try to screw every buyer that walks in the door, the “dealer experience” wouldn't have such a bad rap!

Excuse my ignorance, what is "HA"? I wonder if I can get that added on my recent order.

There's a number of reasons as to why Gupton can do things the way they do. They only have a few sales people and a small location in a low CoL area so their overhead is probably lower than most dealerships. I'm not entirely sure this sales model can sustain a larger operation, but who knows. I know most auto mfgs offer volume bonuses on factory orders so that is most likely what Gupton makes their money on (as well as the financing kickbacks, hence the additional 1% if obtaining lending through them).

The CDJRs around me seem to be perfectly content to mark up lot inventory over sticker and grudgingly do factory orders at MSRP + their stupid addons. Whatever works for them, I guess. As long as Gupton is doing their thing I have zero reason to ever buy from a local CDJR.

My wife asked me "so where are they, what state are they in" when I told her of the pics posted here and the good deals and no hassle. We had great luck with Spencer (4 hours away) and really like his good deal first time around approach instead of "I have to go check with my manager" BS.
We were talking that if I could get enough for my current JT and a good enough deal on a new one, I'd "renew" - get another to replace mine but we'd have to be close enough in difference to make it worthwhile.
I was sort of surprised when she asked where this place was. But looks like these are all outright buys and no trade type deals.
On the other hand - her main sewing machine was making a knock sound and we took it up to get serviced and ended up trading it in on a new $11,000 machine so....... will she still be interested in a truck trade? LOL - dunno............ yet.

But if Gupton did trades, it would be worth talking to them.
I just can't see selling mine, then being truckless for 2 months since we rely on it, I rely on it, every week. I need a truck.

I traded my 12’ COD JKR, very clean deal. I can’t recommend the dealership enough. I will be reaching out to them in a few years likely, right next to Nashville made for a nice weekend. Had to fill the jk twice as much as the jtrd on the 1100 mi trip back.

Anyone ever make a change after they made their deposit at Gupton. I have the black freedom top but wanted to change to body color. It’s not a must have but was curious if anyone had any experience.
