I gotta be honest, i never read into the details of the military appreciation rebate because I never served, but reading the fine print leads me to believe it's a lot less inclusive than I originally imagined. I always read retired military as "used to serve, not dishonorably discharged" not "put in 20 years and officially retired". Also the bit about 100% disability... come on.
All you used to need was a DD214. I sold Jeep from 2003 - 2008. Was that simple back then. Is it currently serving or retired now? Know mine doesn't work.
