Ugg I wish the Baja Boss came in 38's. So for me it's either 37" Baja Boss or 38" Ridge Grapplers. But I think the general consensus now is the Baja Boss A/T is slightly better than the Ridge Grapplers.

those wheels are sweeet.....
So far they are pretty amazing for the price and weight.

I ran the tires down to 4psi and had incredible traction but the decreased ground clearance was an issue without skid plates. I feel like I should have gone for 40's.

Im wondering about axle issues, namely steering knuckle at end of the axle tubes, tie rod and ball joint wear, etc. I have heard of weld cracks forming on the axle ends due to stress from the larger tires. Not the weight so much, but the added leverage on the axle components. I love the look and want it, but may stay down on the 35" range, worried about axle longevity.

Those are pretty extreme issues. You can weld on artec trusses pretty easily just go slow and allow time for cooling so you dont warp anything. On my JK i did the front artec in about two hours.

Balljoints I think they make a balljoint eliminator kit now: https://americanironoffroad.com/col...ucts/jeep-2018-current?variant=42025589670049

These axles can handle 37s with moderate wheeling. I ran 37" on a JK front dana 30 for years just avoided any slamming or banging on steep climbs. Had to choose lines carefully it never let go.
