Awesome post! I just happened across it at ~2:30am (couldn’t sleep), saw it was 5 pages and thought “I’ll just read the first post and the rest later” and here I am at the end of the thread. Great info.

And is your name seriously “Rhoades”?? Seems apropos! :like:

Light foot probably 90% highway
I'm hoping that I can get at least 50-60k miles from my brakes. It's a mix of city and highway and plenty of off-roading with muddy conditions. It looks like it will be $100 for a set of pads and $100/rotor average when it comes time to replace them.

From someone who's used to notoriously weak Honda/Acura brakes, 100K miles with 50% left on the same brakes seems astonishing to me. Is this normal or is the OP a lightfoot?
I got 110,000 miles out of the brakes on my JKU, if my Gladiator brakes last that long I'll be happy, if they last longer I'll also be happy

Have you ever thought about trying Gorilla glass. You would be perfect to test this out in the environment you drive in.

I also think there's a 2 year warranty if I remember correctly.

This. is. AWESOME. Thanks for sharing! I've been super paranoid about the longevity of my Gladiator, so its nice to hear that yours has been very reliable. Keep us updated!

I did chat with them and to be honest I don't think it would do me any good since the main reason I replace windshield is do to sandblasting and they really didn't know how it would react and didn't wanna spend $700 just to replace it in 2 months

How many halogen bulbs have you gone through?
Headlight still going but lens is destroyed

Taillights I had one burn out around 35-40,000 miles and I replaced them all at about 50,000 and will do again will I am home

I put alot of hours on the bulbs since as a pilot escort we are required to drive with headlights on while working

Have you had any trouble keeping snow from building up in the housing?

Jeep (@JeepCares) should take this off you and give you a new one. Then they can strip your (now old one) and take a look at how it is doing!

I could definitely see this as a possibility after 500,000

This is a great post! Thank you! I thought I had a lot of miles on mine. Took delivery 8/19 and have 34k miles now. I pull a 20’ travel trailer from Wy to Tx occasionally and have just now noticed wear on my brakes. As you can tell from my avatar (32 below) I drive in snow a lot. Glad I went with the halogen lights. Thanks again for the post.
