Billie Bar! Super happy with it!
Nice! I have a Rugged Ridge Armis hard roll-up tonneau and this looks like it could work with it. How is yours mounted? Do you have a trail rail or some kind of rail system or is yours just straight up bolted in.

Your Gladiator looks awesome, btw!

So, I am also doing the AEV 2" spacer with a 3/4" spacer up front to level it out, and going with 37's. That being said, with 2 3/4" up front do I have to get a set of GEO brackets or LCA's (either Mopar 2", or adjustable?) to avoid any issues down the road? I'm mostly street and minor-mid offroad, no crawling.

Do you “need” them, no. They aren’t required. Do you want them, yes. For your use case especially since they civilize the caster. This is discussed a lot in this thread and others.

For stock or better driveability? You need geo brackets or adjustable arms.

Please explain how you are adding a 3/4 inch spacer to the AEV 2 inch spacer.

I have my suspension dialed in. But thinking about the brackets for a better street ride, control arm angle. I am using the Mopar lower front arms so I have about 6 deg caster and it drives great. If I get brackets what hole would I use to have the correct caster? Thinking the JKS brackets as they are really nice welded units. Getting the front CA back to stock angle should help the ride. Thoughts?

If your caster is set at 6 degrees going with correction brackets won't get you much more. Mine is set to the middle hole and I'm right at 6 degrees. As far as the arms being more parallel to the ground aren't the extended length arms that way anyway?

When you lift it you change the angle of the control arms no matter how long they are. Hence, long arm kits. I don't know exactly how much lift I have other than I have synergy 2 inch springs. A front shock bolt to bolt measure would tell. I don't really want more than 6 deg caster that I have now. The brackets are designed to add caster.

I guess the only negative to the geo brackets would be any loss of ground clearance. I haven't had any issues.

My GCBs are in the top hole. A Jeep speciality shop in Fenton, MI. (Unlimited Offroad) installed my AEV lift. The guy explained to me why GCBs and not control arms. Also explained to me why the top hole. Admittedly, I do not know a lot about newer straight axles (first Jeep), but what he explained to me made perfect sense.
I absolutely love the way my JT drives and I cannot imagine it driving any better than it does and as fast as it will allow me to.
I will add that kept my tires on the narrowest end of the spectrum and on wheels that have the proper hub bore size (71.5).
35x10.5x17 on 8.5” wide 0 offset Methods.
255/85R17 on base Mojave wheels and 1.5” wheel spacers. Tire “poke” damn near exact as the 0 offset Methods.
Just thought to share this here, is all.

If you make contact with the brackets you are going to hit lots of other stuff. The brackets are as strong as the frame mounts and can be replaced.
