I used an old 19 mm socket and cut
Greetings again. Just rewatched the video as I get set to tackle my own. Two questions:

Can you list out the specialty tools you used for the fuel lines and the hard to reach torx bolts?

Also, what’s your recommended solution for the alternator harness plug?

Thanks again for this. I’ll try to capture a little video when I do mine, just to add to the knowledge base.
I used a 19mm 12 point socket and cut a notch in it with my grinder, also bought a 19 mm line wrench from Napa did the trick for me. I have been working on diesels for more than 20 years and reused the fuel lines on my 2021 Ecodiesel with no issues. They are hard stainless steel so as long as you don't go ham on them they should be fine. Also, don't bother with trying to torque them as there is just too much stuff in the way. Just get them nice a snug/tight. Check for leaks, drive it to operating temp and check again.

Next crazy question — anyone know where I can buy the Mopar manifold?

I had a few places bookmarked and I just jumped in to buy the manifold, but everyone says it’s back ordered. I’ve got a window in 10 days or so to do this work, but I’m starting to think I missed the boat.

Buy the Dorman gen 2 intake. That’s the model I used. Make sure to use a MOPAR MAP sensor. The one that came with the Dorman intake did NOT. Work for me.
