? It's my opinion that it was probably trapped air bubbles from the pump swap out that caused the sensors to trip. It's not easy to completely flush the system prior to running it for a while. It seems to be the only that makes sense to me for the problem I had. Air in a high pressure system always causes issues until the air moves on or out.

It threw the P027C code prior to swapping the pump.

The dealer has swapped the injector, and put 45 miles on it with no CEL. They are going to do a few more drive cycles on it on Monday to confirm the fix.

Update-

I made the drive over to the dealer to pick up the Gladiator. They drove it about 75 miles with no CEL light.
Fortunately, the warranty covered the O2 sensor, Map sensor, and one fuel injector, so I didn't have to come up with about $1500.
I picked up the truck, drove around the city a bit looking at new trucks, and all seemed normal so I decided to head home. Stopped at a light just before getting on the freeway, and the jeep was started idling rough, like it was missing on one or two cylinders... I hopped on the freeway, and drove about 10 miles at 75mph and the CEL came back on, same P206C code. Great.

At this point, the dealer had the truck for close to six weeks, so I decided to just keep going home. I stopped after another 10 miles or so at a fuel stop, shut it down and cleared the code. When I restarted it, it cranked longer than normal, like it wasn't going to start, but then fired up. From then on, it idled smooth, and ran normally. I'm wondering if maybe there was air in the system or something simple.

So I topped the fuel, added a dose of Hotshot diesel extreme fuel injector cleaner and boost, and hit the road. I arrived home 3 hours later with no CEL light.

I've been checking the codes throughout the week, and the P206C logged again as "inactive", but did not sustain long enough to trip the light. And, now there is a P0420 code "Pending".
Not sure what would cause this, unless the fuel injector cleaner has something to do with it.

Now questioning long term reliability and maintenance/repair expense of the ecodiesel... and thinking about moving back to a full size truck in the near future. I do a lot of towing, and the gas engine Gladiator absolutely sucked at towing 6k pounds over a mountain pass. The diesel is what makes the Gladiator work for me, but if it's going to be sitting at a dealer for weeks on end and having to fight for warranty coverage, maybe its not worth it.

Unfortunately, the Ram guys are also baffled. Many have remedied the issue by getting an aftermarket tune. Even the GDE tune (EPA emissions compliant) remedies the issue.

One of the Ram forum members has 237,000 miles on his stock truck. He's run the last 100,000 miles with that code. So, I wouldn't worry too much about the code if it does come up. Yes, it's annoying, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. As far as I know, Ram/Jeep doesn't have a good answer for what is causing the code.

The guys that do a fair amount of towing are not experiencing the code. Some have remedied the code by towing. The highway warriors have the most issues with the code. Spirited driving, urban driving, and towing doesn't seem to be an issue.
