3.6L ESS Battery Cable Diagram

It looks to me like the eTorque has the cable going from the battery to N1 and then a jumper from N1 to N2 to power the electronics in the car during ESS Start/Stop. Does that sound right?

N7 and N8 appear to be connected.
So my wife's does seem to be much different than mine. Once I remove the two Aux battery wires off the fuse bus, her truck and my gladiator will have the same amount of wires on it. I just need that jumper - I think...

N2 would go from a normal alternator to the crank battery to charge, so they have to connect the crank battery to the "charging system" and it does look like battery to N1 and then jumper to N2 to connect it to the DC/DC charging system,, or in the case of the etorque "generator".

No alternator to connect to N7 on the 4xe, so they use N8 for the DC/DC converter charging system and connect the two . Otherwise on our JT, the N8 is just a spare sitting there.

Some do report removing those cables, but you still have to provide battery power to N1 for the system electronics.

Thanks, yeah I knew it needed a jumper being as N1 is powering electronics. I came across a premade jumper with a fusible link, but N3 is already fused, so I figured it wasn't necessary.

Yes, directly.

N7-8 are connected
N1 is connected via strap/jumper on the 4xe and Etorque to N2

Watching out of curiosity.......... now that I've actually paid attention and see this is how Jeep themselves do it for the non-ESS vehicles like Etorque and 4xe, it makes sense.
N1 likely leads back into the PDC where things are fused and protected anyway so it's no different than a straight battery connection to other locations - like the front of the PDC of a ZJ, for example.

I'm not so inclined, but if I were, this seems to me to be the ultimate clean and simple solution for those who choose to remove the aux and associated wiring.
I could just never figure out why people were paying others on eBay or Amazon or whatever for fancy special jumpers or running fuses in there anyway.
I won't, but if I did remove all of the aux stuff - this is how I'd handle it.
The stuff is fused farther in.

To further support going that route - the cable going to N1 from the factory is a straight shot from a battery, and then back to another battery, the crank battery, straight shot. So factory is powering the N1 straight from a non-fused battery terminal connection
(why the @#$% did I not see this before! I have a danged 4xe sitting in my garage right next to the JT and have taken pictures of the electric and so on. )

Here we have battery cable straight to what would be the 1994 equivalent to the N1 and N2 in our 20xx Jeeps - they are connected together, straight to battery.

Wow, such a simple solution was staring right at some of us.

This is why I have been having such a hard time understanding all these Aux Battery Delete threads. It seemed like most of them are creating extra loops that are not needed. Of coarse when I say I am trying to do it like the factory did it in the Ram trucks with no Aux battery or the eTorque Jeeps with no Aux battery, well you know the replys I got on that, just pull the fuse, don't bother taking the wires out, etc... That is just not the way I do things. Yes it is good for most that do not want to do the exact work, but I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I did it that way...
So now that it is time to replace my original batteries in my Mojave, I am doing the delete.
If I can buy that factory jumper strap separately, then no need to buy the whole z case fuse block. If I can't and the only way to get it is to buy the whole z case fuse block, so be it, I will buy it and have an extra z case fuse block for my Jeeps.
My plan is to hopefully get the original N1 to N2 strap if someone can help me find the part number, because I can't find it. Move the direct battery cable to N1 and install the N1 to N2 jumper. Remove all the extra wires battery wires. Unplug and remove the PCR. I am also installing the Genesis battery relocation tray at the same time, mostly because I think it is a cleaner design.
Only thing now is the N1 to N2 strap, so if anyone is good looking at those diagrams online and can help, it would be really helpful. I am really bad at finding that stuff on line. I spent a few hours so far and can't find it...

Yeah, I got nothing I can find on this. You could see if Benny @AllMoparParts.com can work his magic on this.

Another long shot is to take it off and see if it has a part number etched on it. Might not if too small.

Benny has seemed to disappeared... He hasn't been on since Feb 14. I PMed him a couple times to see if my non-Tinted OEM rear windows have come (I ordered them like 5 weeks ago), but no reply.
