I really like AEVs products but i was hesitant with mess with my
Jtmt’s rear springs for towing. Are the kit springs designed to be as strong, or stronger, for towing?
The springs are very beefy and heavier then the OEM ones but I don't know if the stock MT rears have a higher compression rating. That said towing was not why I got the MT. For me it was 4.10 gears for adding 35's, bigger alternator (for powering up goodies), bigger brakes and the LSD.

Let me know how you like. Installing mine next week. Happy the 35’s don’t look to small because I just dropped some coin on a set of Geolanders

Absolutely love the suspension. Completely transformed how the vehicle rides and drives. I do think an adjustable front track bar should be part of the kit as well as I just had to purchase them separately from MC to get the front axle back to center. It doesnt affect how the vehicle drives right now but I don’t want to have any issues down the road because everything is not trued up

I bought a trac bar just in case. I’ve read in a few spots that it rides a little on the firm side by that makes me happy. I have the rubicon suspension on currently and it’s just too floaty for me.

Got mine installed today. Took way too long (11 hours)! Ran into one issue...I sheard off one of the new rear swaybar end link bolts, see pic. So I had to reinstall the factory end links until I can get a new one.

Got dark so no after pics yet!

I am pretty sure that I'll be putting this lift on come spring. AEV stuff seems to last through a lot of abuse and the reviews on how it handles have been good so far from every post I've read. I will love to hear of your experiences with it over the next couple weeks. I plan on putting BFG Ko2's on it in 37's... which are more like 36 inches... and do something to fenders for clearing them... if needed. And those still fit underneath the truck...

The same thing happened to me during my install. Running on the stock rear sway links as well. Waiting on AEV to send out a new one. I called and sent them what they needed but still haven't seen the new link. Stock ones appear to be working just fine until then.

Whew, glad it wasn't just me! Just sent them the needed info.
