Push the legislature to enact mail in emissions testing where you only provide license plate number and name, vehicle info etc. By default the vehicle comes from the factory adhering to federal emissions guidelines we ALL pay extra for in various ways. If they wont concede take them to court and accuse them of policies that that dont allow for the fair equity of working class residents.

The shop I take my gladiator to has done 2 AMW swaps all CA vehicles. I know personally if my motor fails I plan to do the AMW swap using them. As far as smog goes I'll worry about that when the time comes.

There are several ways people do it, legally and illegally. You can always go the Montana route it's not hard honestly you can even google it and theres websites that show you.

Then theres the illegal way, theres tons of shady shops that will pass you if the price is right .

There is but the power increase vs cost would make it kinda meh. It’s never going to get to the 425 level with just bolt on stuff that most would be doing.

Nope, magnuson super charger , but thats 8000k plus. And the forced air if your not careful can damage top end .

It is surprising with all the 3.6s out there no one makes a complete engine kit with redesigned, reworked heads to flow better or at least modified to be more durable, forged replacement parts where you need them to run with a supercharger or even a pair of small turbos like ford has that can stuff enough air into it to get you at least into the high 300s or 400s while maintaining reliability. The 3.6 should be at least in the mid 300s without forced induction but it is what it is.

Too many platforms and variations I think. Mini vans durangos jeeps I don’t even know what all they put the pentupstar in so far. 300+HP Pacifica minivan would be kinda cool though.

The crazy thing is one model did have 305 horse power. Probably the version in the Ram truck. The reason these things arent being jacked around with beyond superchargers and bigger injectors is they are not able to handle a whole lot more that what we already have . We have 285hp 305-285 =20hp.
Is 20hp going to accomplish anything ?
Answer Nope. HP=Speed Torque =power
Ya want more power from your rig.
Regear it lower the gear ratio and thereby giving it more torque.
