It is basically a change in how it calls for variables from various tables. To help the scaling of the variables has changed on several tables by 1/100 or more. So if you put my current values i. The throttle goes wonky and so forth.

I am not wven sure if other manufacturers are aware, probably have people driving around with really weird throttle response or just introducing power at WOT and no where else.
That’s an odd thing to change. Is it possible it was to allow for higher resolution, or does it look like a change with the intention of making tuning harder?

The whole ECM thing just explodes my head!
Do you think the GPEC5 was just a temporary solution to the chip shortage? I've seen mention on this forum of some '22 models receiving the GPEC2A ECM. I guess my concern would be that there won't be enough demand for HP Tuners to dedicate resources to "cracking" the GPEC5, and then I will have to consider selling my supercharger.

I think they will eventually go to the GPEC5. I had my electrical out to do my cams, and it was not that bad. Underneath all that are the connectors you would need to change over yours. ORRRR, now that you jave gone this far back to stock maybe go trade on one with the right stuff. Get a 2020 late build, that seems to be the sweet spot right now.

I think I still have my old ECM if that can be of use to anyone ? I have a LE and the swap came with a new ECM

Well as of this week the tabbit hole goes deeper on the 2021/22 models. I got updates from HP for the 2021, and this helped out the engine tremendously. Distrubuted tunes to a test group and still was having smooth acceleration issues. After a good review it looks like there are a consoderable number of transmission tables that are different. I am working with HP on it

I'd like to just say thankyou to Dave for his help with my 2021 Mojave.

He is amazing, responsive and works his ass off to make things right. We are still working through some things with my tune but if anyone is considering working with Dave and if it will be worth it I'd jump all over it.

Great guy and so knowledgeable. HP and Magnuson should hire this guy.......NOW!

Thanks for the kind words. I know I have taken to charging for this, so I just want to be transparent and to feel they have really received value for their hard earned money. I know how it feels to be stuck on a project after you have paid hard earned money, and that is the worst.

I want everyone to be honest. I can learn from my mistakes, or continue to grow upon my successes.

There are some things that don't take skill, like being responsive, kind and honest. I try to atleast get the low hanging fruit first ?
