Those of you with 2 doors and JT's which one do you drive the most and how different are they on the highway and bumpy roads?
Drive both equally. Except for the controls being in the same place, it is a night and day experience; the 2 door is a fun, darty, almost go-kart exp and the Mojave is a nice civilized ride in comparison. It is a nice change up.

I currently have a '19 JLUR and '23 JTM.

Been thinking about adding another JT for shits and giggles

Both 21s, Snazzberry. JTHA & JTM. Similar scenario to @Farmer Fran. We plan to keep them as long as we can, even if at some point we have to take parts from one to the other. In the meantime, most of our aftermarket parts are interchangeable, so if we did sell 1, we could keep our goodies..

Why do you ask?
I’m considering a second jeep so jw how crazy I might be considering two kids and wife has a 23 third row suv

Well, my youngest teens say that the backseats aren’t comfortable for long rides, and they absolutely love nice days with the doors off. One of them asks almost every other weekend if they can go jeeping, even if it is just commuter stuff or those rough county line roads that barely get maintenance.

we keep a gas getter on hand too, we don’t have to drive to work, and I can do most/all of the maintenance. One nice piece of this story is that you can get good at it, and share the tools.

does it make financial sense? Hell no. Gotta live a little too. We have one for off roading, and one for leisure driving. Probably won’t do any suspension changes to the second.

you might need to look forward, and see if you need/want that interior space in your SUV to keep things dry and secure. Also, if they are coming of driving age, you may want to look at prices of used vehicles - it could be cost effective to keep what you have.

Well, somewhat. 05 Wrangler Unlimited 20 JT. Then 2 XJ's and a MJ. Does that count ?
One of my XJ's was my rock crawling vehicle the second one was to replace it when it came time to. I really need to get my Comanche back on the road it would be my road trip with good mileage one as long as you keep it under 70 mph. Not enough space though for 6ft plus tall person. The Gladiator is a heck of a towing choice with a good ride. With great leg room for taller people. Wrangler is great for top n doors off traveling, probably why the drain plugs have been out since 05.

Or anyone got a wrangler with their gladiator at that?
I’m considering a second one
Yes. 2018 JLU Sahara for the wife. I also had a 2018 JLU Sahara, but sold it and bought a 2021 JTR Diesel—needed the truck bed and missed the 2012 F-150 FX4 OR.

Jeep Gladiator Anyone have two gladiators? 1712020942194-tv

the one on the left is my 2021 JTR(snazzberry)
Next is my wifes daily driver 2017 JKUR
(recracker red)
My daughters 2021 sport max tow( billet)
My oldest daughters 2019 compass ( redline pearlcoat)

all are stock

So my truck does not get driven much any longer. It is now pretty much a toy after i put 25k on it in the first 6 months after i bought it.
but i am in search of another vehicle as a daily driver. Trouble is i do about 35-45 k per year. Having a hard time justifying another $35k plus gladiator for that. I usually by em at about 125k miles and cheap cuz i know what they are going to go through.
Current runner(2007 sebring) 2.7l is at 282k after picking it up about two and a half years ago with 175k on the clock for 1200 bucks.

I’m considering a wrangler of some sort but now both kids are under 4. So I’m hoping to have a sweet one to barely put miles on and run the other as much a possible I just don’t know considering mom has her work third row car and I work from home. Even tho gas prices aren’t low I’m still not considering a gas saver maybe a manual lol

I have a 2023 JTR and my wife has a 2021 JLUR 4XE. My wifeā€˜s 4XE is basically a 4WD convertible with the Sky One-Touch roof. She really wouldn’t let me do anything that could damage it so I bought my own Gladiator to have fun with.

21 gecko JTRD, and just traded a 4xe for a 23 JTRD in Punkin (Farout edition) Be keeping these two for quite some time. The diesel power train is by far my favorite in a Jeep.
