My track bar/Sector Shaft Brace will not line up on the steering box bolts (other bolt holes line up perfectly). They are low and to the rear. The front 'tab' is less off than the rear. All they keep doing at customer service is telling me I need to grind the welds. She even drew a line around the already ground down welds in the picture I sent and said "these welds need to be ground", she drew over bare metal.
The bracket is NEVER going to line up. It even makes contact with the frame on its top edge. So even if it could be made to go forward, it will never go high enough.

I am getting tired of sending pictures to them and getting the same answer. I feel like I am dealing with an airline: Same stupid wrote answer!

Thanks!

I hate to say this, but if they are not helping you. I wouldn’t put it on. I put the Yeti one on. They were always helpful when I called them.
I have a distaste you Synergy. They weren’t helpful when I called on springs awhile back, but I took the leap and ordered them anyway. Worst thing I ever did. The springs are out and I am putting the Mopar ones in today..

Do you have the extra frame tab you do have to remove or grind off?

No. The bracket is just crap. Waiting on a different one. When I get it all done I will post up what I did.

Bought the knockoff copy of the Synergy one and it lines up perfectly! So the issue IS the Synergy bracket. I am perfectly willing to deal with the occasional issue, the problem is, they have no intention of making it right. I was going to buy the rear four link but no way I am buying anything else from them. Companies that won't stand behind their products suck!

Knock-off:

FYI - The knock-off is just as heavy duty and $180.00 less!

As you can see I have a lot of Synergy on mine. My track bar/sector shaft brace went on with no grinding. I have their 2 inch lift springs with no issues as they have a lifetime guarantee. The CA's and steering all adjust easily and hold it great. If that brace is not working for you, return it.

Most of mine is Synergy as well. You didn't bother to read my first post your you wouldn't have responded the way you did. Synergy is the one who keeps telling me to grind more! They will not replace it. Screw them!

This bracket on mine evidently broke. I didn’t install it but not sure if I should just bite the bullet and replace with another Synergy or go with something else.

Just call them and get the sector shaft bearing. That's what you are missing. The ends where it bolts on are bent like that on purpose.

Update: Synergy finally sent me a new one. It was painful but I finally got transferred to someone else who could actually help. New bracket lines up perfectly.

The 4 link won’t be available till the end of the year, I ordered it a little over a month ago and cancelled it when I reached out last week with the question when will it be available. I went with the rock Krawler kit instead, basically the same thing.

If you want to talk with Synergy they will be at EJS. BTW their 4 link triangulated suspension for the JT is out now.

It is not, I talked to the sales lady and she told me earliest is end of spring but most likely will be available near the end of the year. She actually told me to cancel my order because they don’t know exactly when it will be ready.
