Okay y'all, I've run into another issue with my aux switches.
They were working fine until a few days ago.
Took my truck to the dealer to have the PCM swapped out. When I got the truck back, apparently they reset everything to stock, (switches weren't working, and bulb out messages because I added the switches and led bulbs).
I used my alphaOBD to change all the settings, got the switches working, BUT, now, even though I have switches set to battery power, when I shut the truck off, as soon as I restart it, or simply turn the ignition on, the switches turn off.
Anyone ever seen this issue?

I'd take it back to the dealer, sounds like they messed something up.

The problem is if when he installed the aux switch kit and did not take it in to have the sales code added to the VIN and enabled it, the dealership is probably going to charge him a troubleshooting fee.

That is the risk when others to include me that have installed the MOPAR aux switch kit and used third party tools like alphOBD, JScan and Tazer, the sales code is never officially applied to the VIN and when modules are reflashed at the dealer like the OP's, they would be covered if they were not enabled again.

Check all the fuses in the Aux Switches harness that you installed. Make sure they didn't disconnect any of the wires while working on it.

No, they put it back to stock as it was when sold. That's all they are technically supposed to do.

It's possible that when putting the settings back with AlfaOBD, not enough time has passed for things to take and communicate through the system.

That can't be the issue. They work fine until I shut if off, and restart it.

It's been a couple days.

It's been a couple days.
I get the same thing, but it started when I swapped a 7" to 8.4" radio. Radio was new from moparonlineparts.
