I just ordered the grab handle Voswitch pod. I’d like to install some halfway decent amber lights for when I’m heading to the deer stand on those early foggy mornings and to avoid filling a tag with my gladiator. Any suggestions?….I will be upgrading in the future….just want something decent to get by with the hunting season quickly approaching

Just cost at the moment….I found a set I’ll be getting in the future but don’t want to pull the trigger on them just yet. Just want something I can throw on quick that’ll get me by just for a few drives down back roads and state park roads to get to where I’m going

….but I also don’t want a set that seems like an old oil lantern is lighting the road

There are a lot of 'cheap' options out there, some obviously better than others. As @tobyw mentioned, "buy once, cry once". Not sure exactly how much you're looking to spend, but we'd recommend checking out the Baja Designs Squadron series. The Squadron Sport lights produce 3,162 lumens each at 30 watts, they come in a variety of beam patterns, are made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty. Baja also sells replacement lenses and encourages you to open the light and swap lenses. No more having to buy multiple pairs of lights, just buy one set and then you're able to purchase much less expensive lenses.

If you're looking for a great set of lights, with options built in, you could check out the Squadron Sport lights with a clear driving/combo lens and a pair of snap on amber covers. This would provide you white light for optimal weather conditions, and within seconds you could go to amber light for more weather oriented situations like snow, rain, dust and fog. Amber light cuts through, white light reflects in those scenarios.

Here's a link to the amber version:

Shoot us a PM! We'd be happy to help get you dialed in.

Thanks @OffroadAlliance.com !!! I’ll look into those….I’ve looked into the LP4’s but that’s more of a further in the future option. I’ll do my research on the squadron’s and see what my opinions are on them

To avoid deer it sounds like you want driving lights instead of fog lights. But in some jurisdictions you may be ticketed for having too many forward facing lights while on the road. And any fog lights which help avoid deer are probably aimed too high to be a fog light. But a really wide fog light may be of some help if you aren't driving too quickly.

As temp solution to see if I like/need/want amber fogs, I put in Led bulbs and lamin-x film on my existing oem fogs and they have turned out really good for a few $$$

But also have KC driving lights on front bumper for deer
