Pretty much everyone: You’re pushing too hard and borderline overweight.

You had 6 passengers in the bed??I’m referring to passengers. Six in back, two in back seat, plus guide/driver of course.
Or train the guides not to hit ledges at full throttle? The springs support the static load, with everything behind them hanging off the frame behind the upper spring mounts.
The shocks resist the dynamic load, but they tilt forward to the front, and more stuff is hanging in mid air behind the upper shock mounts. Longer lever, more weight behind the mount, more flex and wear.
When reinforcing these frames, be sure the welder knows about any special requirements for welding the high strength steel used in the frames.
And carry fewer people? Or use stronger trucks?
Yes, the bed seating accommodates six belted passengers. You had 6 passengers in the bed??![]()
Sorry….. It’s not something I’m used to hearing about and/or doesn’t happen around here in PA. It’s illegal to have people or pets in the bed (hunting dogs in special crates is OK I believe).
The two offroad parks we have here…. Every passenger has to be in a seat belt.
We have a WINNA!!!Live view of that tour guide's tour...

Correct, and if you constantly bottom the suspension what we have is inevitable. The susopension is the Mopar 2" WITH Fox shocks. I have a feeling the shocks are toast, I'll know more tomorrow.fulcrum point physics.
This is a fulcrum point on the Gladiator and the fame bending at that point is more common than you think.
That's why there are after market repairs brackets.
This may or may not be designed into the frame as a crumple zone in a rear end accident.
