Alright I'll keep the full squares. Do you all think they should be more rounded? Or keep it the same?

Maybe round the corners a little? The whole truck is fairly boxy with tight radius curves all over.

Is this still for fun and mad money, or do you think you might scale this up at some point? Either way, I would pick either the most popular option from feedback or the easier to produce for quality and ease of print/assembly.

I'm having fun at the moment...

The easiest to produce are the first version....

But now getting blind spot detection involved changes everything for me.....

First version will be in production soon.... Just not sure if I'll be able to offer blind spot compatibility immediately.

Can't use the 3/4 side markers with blind spot sensors....

I have 2 other thoughts for you. Both I think are pretty simple ideas. Just throwing out additional ideas, maybe spur some other ideas you might have.

The first is a stretched out "E" shape to wrap the side but not a full ring.

The second used the full ring on only the back but then the top and bottom leg extends to the side. I was thinking the right portion would be running light and the the left portion would light up with the break also. I broke it up so sequential could work similar to your previous sequence sketch.

I think Im liking the one thats a mix of the V1 design with the led strip down the side. trying to picture these on other color JT's. Question regarding your P1P. Are you running that auto material system? Do you have to change filaments each time to do the clear/red. or can you have them all loaded up and the system can print mulit colors

I like these!!! I'm waiting for some other style LEDs to come in to test... Also I need to do a few design changes so I can make a deeper pocket for the LEDs to hide them.

Alright, so I have 3 p1p's and 1 x1c.

My x1c has the "ams" automatic material system.

I could have 4 different color filaments in it or 4 different kinds of filaments and it will print whatever filament you want it to print with. I mainly use the x1c with the ams whenever I'm at work and get a chance to redesign.... If I think it's a prototype that will need a lot of edits, I will choose PLA material... If I feel it's close, I will choose abs or asa ....

But I just use 2-4 printers at once to make time go by faster lol.

Reprinted the lens where it would match the lens on the light.... To me it looks 1,000 times better! And why yes I did smoke it too

I think my need for symmetry (borderline OCD?) is playing tricks on me. I think the side marker might either need to be longer on top or shorter on the bottom. Maybe it's just me though...
