the 3.6 doesn't respond well to boosted applications. I imagine it was taken off for a reason.

Do you want a supercharged Jeep? Sounds like if you don’t push it too much you are good but when pushing the tune and trying to get as much out of it as you can, you might be that guy looking for forged internals or a spare block. If it is just on one you are looking at and you don’t care either way walk away, the supercharger cost is in the price probably…..Jack

How lucky do you feel? If anything, the fact we can get the JT with a relatively simple, decent displacement NA motor is a strength. The Pentastar is a well-regarded, generally reliable and long-lasting mill, why mess with that?

What supercharger? I've had mine on for 18k miles and no issues with the engine or trans. I fill it with premium, change the oil regularly, and go.

Interesting. I have a buddy that has an SVE Camaro, I did not realize they had a setup for the JT. Mileage did not go down, it was marginally better. Lifting it fro 2 inches to 4.5 inches is what caused my fuel mileage to drop.

Yea, these engines are disposable though. I'll run it until it dies and throw another under the supercharger whenever that happens.
