That's a rare jeep once owned by Johnny Cash. You might say, he went right up to the factory and picked it up.

He and his buddies put it together with the help of an A-dapter kit.
But some of the holes were gone..........

Funny, but I specifically checked my fenders when picking up my Jeep out of state. It's not the first time this has happened as evidenced in the "delivery checklist" thread.

Nope. Came off the truck as is.

Years and years ago I ordered a chevy 1500 pick up. It was "delayed" during delivery. When it finally showed up, the right door was a slightly different color than the rest of the truck. Damaged in shipment.

I have a friend that used to work for Chrysler when they had the Delaware plant. They had one car come thru the assembly line that the left side was a Plymouth and the right side was a Dodge. The line was somehow sequenced one car off on one side of the line. That one did not get shipped though.

Dude jeep does not make any manufacturing sense anymore….. fender combos, grill combos, axles, so many different combinations…… they have made the JL/Jt platform a spaghetti factory.
