the ones I ordered are 1.5", and with only 2.5" lift, I may cut them in half for a 3/4" drop.

Dana recommends theirs for 2” lifts and up. Theirs is 1.5”. It changes the angle so slightly that I wouldn’t cut it.

Then I'll leave it at 1.5". again, thanks WILDHOBO.

Is anyone running a carrier bearing spacer to correct rear pinion and driveline angles on a taller lift?

Dana spicer and a couple other makers have them out...typically made from billet aluminum.
I am running the Mopar lift and went with the Rock Jock carrier bearing spacer. Maybe not needed, but cheap insurance.

I’ll see if I can find the spot I read that.
It might have been a verbal conversation with Dana the more I think about it.

When I install mine. Is there anything else that needs to be adjusted? Rear UCA/LCA? Do they need to be shortened?

Not really. Unless you make your pinion angle worse in the opposite direction. You’d have had to be at a zero angle for that to happen. Can you please share a picture of your driveshaft at the pinion end, at ride height? Thanks.

The spacer gets 25 ft lbs with blue loctite.
Well hell then the specs that rock jock give are wrong along with their socket sizes. Directions say 15mm and 16mm. Mine were 16 and 17 torque specs say 55 lb. So that's what I used plus some blue loctite

I’ll look for my Dana instructions. I was admittedly doing that from memory.
