99% of the time a Jeep “Check Engine” comes on, it the fuel cap! Been that way for two decades! ;{This is pretty typical. Jeep Service in my experience is so backed up that it can takes days stretching over a week to get an appointment in the shop. I find that not calling and driving up to the service bay helps
Jeeps also in my experience get a lot of false positives on engine lights. A common one is that the fuel cap isn't tight.
It's also quite common for these things to go away overnight. The light indicates there is a message. If it blinks there is something wrong.
If you lift or anything, you might get a programmer to set the new tire sizes. A side benefit is they can read the service codes, which you can look up yourself.
Sadly, this is all normal for owning a jeep, including the lackadaisical service department
