To each his (or her) own. You put the work into it and get to live with it, if you are happy, kudos.
I am about to try Durabak myself, the non-skid marine finish and in BLACK, but it will go over
worn existing black on my tractor. The bed of the truck maybe someday, I do have the color
chips already, in both black and olive drab. Six hours of sanding,.. you're a better man than I,

Looks like you have to drill holes for the bottom of the molle panels. Not me am never drilling a hole in a perfectly sound vehicle.
That is also why I do not and will never install paneled body armor. The Tub on the Gladiator and the bed is Steel and if ypu drill a hole in it how are you going to prevent it from rusting. Moisture will also make it to the interior of the panels etc.. uh not me ..just saying.
I live in Southern California (basically a desert). I will apply primer to the holes and then JB Weld when I install Nutserts.
I looked at other Molle Panels that didn’t have anchors at the bottom but I want to carry water on one side and either more water or fuel on the other side. I would imagine that RotoPax containers would try to tear a Molle Panel loose driving down a dirt road.

Too much red for me but to each his own. Raptor bed liner will custom tint bed liner for a slight upcharge. Just an FYI for anyone else thinking of doing this. Looks like it came out well. Good luck with it.
As will Line-X cause this… this is something

I do like the color but as someone mentioned earlier that liner has WAY too much texture. A little smoother so it doesn't look like it was painted over oatmeal and it would be perfect!

Cool. Like it, but for a different reason. It's way easier to find things on a non-black background! I go out of my way to find toolboxes with a color other than black on the interior. Duffle bags too.

It's better to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission when dealing with a wifey.

Interesting theory. How many divorces are you up to now?

Zero. It did almost cost me one time. I bought a 5x25 Schmidt & Bender PMII scope. Told her it was on sale for $3200. List was $4000. She didn't see my logic. I said that she buys stuff all the time when it's on sale. I hardly buy anything. When I buy one thing on sale. You have a meltdown.

Looks good from here……I hope the newer DIY’s are better than the days of old.

I did the DIY Herculiner to a 96 Tacoma and the entire tub floor of a 94 YJ. What a PITA to apply it…. It did what it was intended to do for what it was (and the cost).
If you dragged anything heavy across it, it would scrape it off (easy to paint - touch ups). On the 96 Tacoma, I had a bed cover but did 2” over the rails that were exposed to the elements 24/7. That 2” area eventually got thin (down to the paint) after 2-3 years. So again, you had to buy a quart jar and repaint it.

If you use your truck ‘as a truck…. hauling things, etc. I’d consider getting a thick rubber bed mat so you don’t scrape the coating off.

If I had a beater rig, I’d do the DIY again. But for any trucks I buy new….Professional installed Line-X is just sooo much thicker.
