The maximum tow rating is higher on the gas engine with the Max Tow package. I just looked up the GVW on the different Gladiator and the GVW is highest on the Rubicon with the diesel. The GVW means the Gross Vehicle weight that the vehicle can handle. The higher the GVW, the more weight it can tow. So why is Jeep putting a higher maximum towing weight on the Max Tow Gladiator over the diesel Gladiator.
GVW as Follows: Sport w/Max Tow 6250. Sport w/ diesel 6350. Rubicon with diesel 6450.
Does not make any sense.
