Difference between Sport S and Rubicon Suspension

Can somebody tell me what the differences are? I'm assuming the Rubicon has better offroad shock valving, but that's about all i know.

I thought i did read somewhere that the rubicon springs were like 1" taller?

This was specifically geared toward Sport with Max Towing vs. Rubicon. I was curious whether the springs were the same, and they are not.

I believe the Rubicon springs are slightly taller and have a slightly lower spring rate.

The biggest difference will be the Fox shocks from the Rubicon vs. the oem brand X from the non-Rubicon.

Do I need to put anything else from the Rubicon onto the sport s other than shocks, springs and steering stabilizer? Doesn't the lift kit come with a bunch of other pieces? Therefor I'll have a lot of other Rubicon take off parts in my crate.

I’m pretty sure the steering stabilizer is the same between the Rubi and Sport. The Mopar lift kit also comes with lower arms, longer sway links, and bump stop extensions (and maybe a few minor parts).

I think all the springs & control arms are the same length just different spring rates the shocks are different on Rubicon, if you read the specs Rubicon is 11” clearance & all others are 10” so the tires are bigger on Rubicon 33” vs 32” & front fenders on Rubicon are what 2” higher or 1 1/2” I’m not sure.

I didn't know the sport had a steering stabilizer. Good to know. So i'll have to do some checking if I need to swap the rubicon lower arms, sway links.

Control arms and sway bar links should be the same between Rubicon and Sport also.

So essentially the only thing that would need to be changed out would be the shocks and springs, correct?

If I swap the Rubicon suspension on, which I probably will, I'll try to inspect all the Parts to see if they're the same or not.

I suppose if we found part numbers for these we could compare.
