Wanted to share this as I got the idea from a different thread and liked the way it turned out. Spend around $300 and it is very sturdy. Used 59” crossbars and 4” risers. I ordered some quick fists, cargo box, and cargo basket to go on them when needed but I plan on leaving just the rack bare when not in use. It bolts into my backflip revolver rail nicely and takes a couple quick bolts on each side to remove. Probably 60 seconds to remove it. I hadn’t heard of Tnutz prior to the other thread on here and it was actually fun putting it together, felt like grown up legos!

Can you provide more details of what you did there? I'm looking to put something like that to go over by soft Tonneau cover to carry large items.

I literally can't tell how you attached this how about some close up pics. As it looks as if you drilled the bed rail which I don't drill the body at all .

https://www.tnutz.com/product/ex-1530-black-2/

I used this site to create the rack exactly as I wanted. I used the 1530 material for the bars and then I used the corner gussets on their site to bolt them together including plastic end caps and stainless hardware. It bolts into my backflip revolver rail easily. If you don’t have a rail, this setup won’t work. It feels stronger than the KB VooDoo rack I had before, which was also very strong.

If you don’t have the t-rail, go to Xtrusion Overland and get whichever bed mount you need - look in the different parts sections.
I have the X-O rack on my truck. Their t-rails are powder coated. I bought an extra rail from T-nutz and theirs are painted. X-O’s are better quality in my opinion.

Well done, turned out great! I love my revolver with t-slots. Might not look as good aesthetically, but if you made the risers a little higher you could roll the revolver under the first rail. I looked hard at the T-nutz stuff, but bit the bullet and did Billie Bars for our tonneau.

Ya I thought of that but didn’t like the look of them being higher. I keep a ratchet and Allen bit in the truck to quickly loosen them and push to the front when I need to roll the cover.

Ordered a knock-off roam box and a small basket to mount on the top for road and camping trips.

I built a roof rack for my Gofastcamper using Tnutz about two months ago, hopefully the black anodized coating fairs better for you than it did for me. If I were to do it again I'd save the couple bucks and go with the unpainted extrusions. The paint has already chipped off from loading my canoe that has vinyl gunwales, kind of sucks.

I did something similar. With extrusion, there are infinite possibilities.

Tnutz is a great site. I bought the BillieBars just to get the mounts and side molle panels and then built everything else from that site.

Modular aluminum construction like this is awesome.
