Third it, from day one I also found Mojave was "the faster the better" as far as suspension. Only stuff which felt rough were the short (in height and duration) but very sharp (meaning a steep (almost completely in the vertical)-slope) little buggers. But after lowering the tire pressure from 37#'s to around 33-34 that was significantly reduced. It really is a comfortable ride for a truck and I'm not sure I would like the suspension any softer - it takes away from the sporty ride.

My guess is the Mojave is sprung softer than something like a sport and has more damping. This keeps large body motions in check. I have nothing to back this up other than the lower Mojave tow rating and a fairly calibrated butt that has spent a fair amount of time on race tracks adjusting suspension systems.

What would be very cool, and expensive is a version of GM's magnetorheological shocks that are available on some of their vehicles. Its magic. It senses a sharp edged bump and the rapid acceleration of one wheel and pulls the compression damping in that wheel to near zero. Then it feels all 4 wheels starting to compress, like in a whoop and it cranks up the damping to control body motion.

It works better in practice even than in theory. I got a ride in a Camaro with magnetorheological shocks and it was Amazing.

I agree that the GM magnetic shocks would be cool, I have heard nothing but positive about how they perform. The Multimatic DSSV shocks are pretty magical as well.

I came from sports cars and wanted a jeep with a manual transmission as well as a frame and suspension for off road racing. I also wanted to keep as stock as possible. I am done with modding cars and suvs. Checked all the boxes. Love it.

Totally love my Truck. Added a few things but it’s pretty much stock. have A place up North in Michigan and it’s nice to know nothing can stop me from where I want to go in any kind of weather. I would of gotten a stick, but my wife would of blown the trans in the first week. Nothing wrong with automatic at all.

Love it. Definitely likes speed off-roading, not so much crawling around. Happy with the 6 speed as well.

I can't wait to run mine up and down the beach in OBX next year.

I already have a Rubicon.......the Mojave will be perfect for what I want in a Jeep

Just got back from Carova, where I turned on all the whizbangs and ripped up towards the NC/VA state line in the middle of the night. 11/10 would do again. The Mojave was in its element.

And—with the announcement that all models will be available as hybrids by 2025—I'm already planning on trading in my '21 ICE Mojave for a '27 hybrid Mojave (hoping they still offer factory-specific trim levels like Overland, Mojave, and Rubicon ? with hybrid engines/drivetrains).

Went from a lifted 2020 rubicon to a 2022 stock Mojave. Night and day difference in ride but never drove a stock rubicon for comparison. Still would like to do a simple AEV lift and 35’s someday after the tires wear out.

Just traded my Mojave for a Sport S (Texas Trail). More worried about regretting THAT decision. Absolutely amazing ride comparably speaking. Night and day difference between Mojave and Sports S. Adding the Mopar lift helps, but still no comparison IMO.

Mojave is by far the best vehicle ever:

It doesn’t cost me anything, no payment, not fuel, not insurance.

Nothing has ever broken & never had a CEL.

Never needed lights, rock sliders, bigger tires/wheels etc.

Batteries have not failed me ever!

When I see other people having problems, I laugh………..that is until it gets built on October 5th, 2022… and at that time, when it comes in and I take possession it will be…

The last Jeep I will ever own!

…did someone say that they might be making a 2 door version with a 392?….

…In that case…………….my wife will need a new Jeep!

Problem solved…I ordered Black…do you think that they might bring back snazzberry?

Can it be built to run on dilithium crystals?
?
