Here is the wiring diagram for the fog lights, but for the JL.

Hoping to find some similarities.
Additionally in the "entire vehicle connector map" attachment we can see that the rear fog lights are a part of the rear bumper harness for the JL to include the park sensors and tag light.

The connector itself (rear fog light connector attachment) shows that pins 6 and 12 feed the rear fog lights. The notes indicate that this is used for all variants, so if this logic holds true to the Gladiator, we may already be wired for these fog lights. We just need to run the wire from this connector to the rear fog light itself and hopefully complete the circuit with the appropriate in-cabin controller like @DiscoDino posted a picture of. I'm convinced what we need is already in place, we just need to finish it out. Would be nice if the wire colors and pin numbers were the same! Can't find this info for the Gladiator specifically, though...

Of course, all of this info is for the JL and not the JT, but I think it can at least get us pointed in the right direction.

The fog light button is different (multi position) so that may also have to be an additional part to order along with that pigtail harness but keep us updated what is found to get these going.

In looking at the wiring diagram the headlamp/fog light switch sends the signal to the body control module which then sends the desired signal to the appropriate light. So my understanding is that if the switch is changed to the Euro spec and the US spec body control module can accept its signal, then it could be relatively "plug and play."

You have to think someone has done this already, we can't be the first ones to stumble upon this. Fingers crossed for a plug and play install. I don't mind tapping into wiring harness to make things work. I did that with my '01 Super Duty to add heated/turn mirrors and activate daytime running lights for white/amber LED turn signals.

What if the euro spec switch was just the graphic on the face and all the data was just handled by the # of clicks on the switch... if there is no rear fog detected it just on/off for the front, but if rear fog is detected or programmed as being installed it gets the multi-click function to control both. No reason to suspect that is the case , just thinking out loud.

And I'm all for the spit-balling session. I'm just throwing what I've found out there and looking for some minds to figure it out. I can only find one diagram for the JLs (of which they also have the Euro / Asia spec) and they all make mention of the rear fogs with the single option for a switch. This makes me think that you are either right or you just replace / add what you may or may not have.

So, not sure if it is the switch that makes the difference or how the BCM digests the number of button presses you make. Obviously the interior switches will have different part numbers even if the difference is just a label. I say since @Mightytalldude has plunged on the light purchase, we should be finding out soon!

For reference, the series of button presses with result below for Euro / Asia:

For the upper half:
1. Press once front fogs
2. Press again rear fogs
3. Press 3rd time rears off
4. Press 4th time fronts off
5. Repeat

Crawling around under my Sport S, there's multiple harness connectors at the back left starting with a junction right at the rear left wheel, then a short connector to the back corner which then branches to the tailgate, bed lights, taillights and bumper, but for my bumper, only two lines go that route. One for the 4/7 pin connector, and the second for the licence plate lights. I don't have the parking sensors, and would have to see if one is available without them in the harness. It seems pretty modular and the first harness may determine which secondary ones will fit depending on options like LED, lane assist sensors and parking sensors.

Main difference I can see is the 4/7 pin trailer harness seems to be on the same side whereas the JL feeds from both sides
@AllMoparParts.com , can you determine which version of #2 is needed for the fog light connectors?

Wiring is probably 1 of the many part number 2s.

It's definitely not the last one as that is what's currently on my JT, with no pigtails for fog lights.

@DiscoDino can you check the tag on your bumper wiring harness, it'll be near the left frame rail bumper mounting bracket. That would give us a better idea what we're looking for and needing. It'll look like below but upside down, I rotated this one.

Do you have blank connectors where the pigtails could be attached? Or would a whole new harness (item 2) be needed?

I haven't taken that connector apart to check it, but the plug looks to be the same as what's in a previous post, so the spaces would be there to add pins.

Just need the bumper wiring harness number off the Euro/Asia market units, and the rest should be possible programming. Any idea if a Tazer would be needed to turn on those features, or is the computer smart enough to sense what's plugged in and go from there?
