Best looking option by far!!

This looks spectacular. What's often hard for aftermarket headlight/tailights is avoiding the cheap look, like it just came from the rack at Pep Boys. If it's still in the design stages, might I suggest a large void for the reverse light? Other than having people know I'm braking, the reverse light is actually what I use the most. The brighter the better.

Just like this but flush against the body. Hmmwv style.. I'm not worried about the other stuff. I have manual blind spot detection (I look over my shoulder and use my mirrors). Lol.. I need to stop being lazy and just make them myself

Yessssss!! That’s what I’ve been saying! These are some of the BEST looking aftermarket tail lights for the JL. I told a guy at @Oracle that if they made these for the Gladiators, they couldn’t keep them on the shelves! I’m so close to just buying the factory OEM’s it’s not even funny. But if Oracle can tell me they’re close to giving us a light like this one, I’ll wait for the Oracle.

We are working on the A-surface for the flush mount design. We made a 3D printed surface to work from and are getting some of our constraints worked out and hope to continue to develop these with the input from the members here over the next few months

The JL ones wouldnt fit. The last post on the motobilt facebook about them was the 5th.

I like the lights the way they are. That protrusion visible in the side mirrors shows me exactly where the back end is, and I like that. I can even see it in the dark because the actual red light is visible in the mirrors. That said, I'll be driving in sand and snow, not brushing by rocks, so I guess I understand why somebody would be concerned about damage in those situations. I would still rather Jeep keep the current tail lights as standard. Maybe a flush mount could be an option for some trim packages. Those aftermarket ideas actually do look pretty good though, if you want/need that kind of thing.
