How much did you have to cut off?

Thanks...nothing other than that? I am going to buy the same bumper and want to retain skid plate...nice rubicon!
i had to also make cutouts in the brackets for the skid plate. it’s the second photo. it’ll make sense once you try to install the brackets w the fab four bumper in place

The arb stubby works with the stock rubicon bash plate. It’s a perfect fit actually, no cutting and no modification at all. The only down side is you can’t reuse the factory fog lights.

Fab Fours Stubby... But does not work with factory skid... Unfortunately... But other than that, I love the bumper. Super strong, and looks great. Gets lots of compliments.

The MORE Offroad swaybar skid works great with the Fabfour stubby.

Another vote for Arcus and factory steel skid. Just did this on my Sport S.

I just bought the Fab Four Stubby with Pre-runner Guard (JL18-B4752-1) from 4 Wheel Parts. I wanted to use the stock Rubi skid plate and saw @salsadoc post (thank you). I did this tonight and trimmed the skid plate a little including the brackets. Here are some pics. It took about one hour to fix, cut, file, paint and mount and saved about $200 on a Fab Four skid plate.

I have the LOD signature mid length, with factory fogs & skid plate. I did have to make a spacer for the fog lights but no issues with the JTR skid plate.
can you snap a pic of how it looks? This is the setup I'm looking to go with..
