Fuel filter upgrade maybe possible

Anyone here work at a dealership ? Fleece performance makes an upgrade for a Ram 2500 with the cummins. It would make us a spin on filter setup. Their bed mounted filter/separator is very similar to ours. I have attached links to each, just need to measure the fuel line sizes to see if this would almost be plug in play.

just got a email back from Fleece, their adapter has 3/8 quick connect to -8an and 1/2 quick connect to -8an on it.

now does anyone know off their top of their head are these close to ours. if not could probably source them since the fleece block is tapped for -8an fittings

Don't know what it is for, but the JT has 2 connectors while the adapter has just one, same filter though. I can see dealerships might deny warranty if the pump goes south.

The second electrical connector on the stock unit is for the fuel heater, which according to the third line under "Application Notes" is supposed to be available in the kit as of this past August.

Main concern I'd have with this kit is it positions the water sensor connector and wiring at the very bottom, pointed downward. This would seem liable to get easily damaged unless a modified/extended skid is installed.

Good point. Also, are the sensor removeable to drain water.

I had this on my Ram, and it was nice and easy.

No idea what is different about the Jeep set up.

Once I get some time gonna drop my metal cloak skid plate and measure lines. As long as they measure fine I’ll order it, if not I’ll contact them to get the proper line sizes
