Mines brand new so it’s hard to say. But going 50-60 on the highway for the first 300 miles I was around 18-19mpg. Once I passed 300 and I was only 70-75mph roads it sank to around 15.8-16. But even at that, 75+ MPH is fast and you’re never going to get good MPGs at that. It was obvious this engine and its best MPGs came with keeping the revs around 2K. I’m sure it’ll improve here over the next thousand miles as I only weekend drive it casually.

I honestly think that's the issue. Drove home from the gas station, 18+, drove back up that same route to Walmart this morning. 18. Back around home with all the short drives and highway red lights down to 16 already. What's funny is the power was out and there were no lights. Could have gotten used to it haha!
Do you keep the Auto Stop/Start on? I keep mine on all the time, never disengage it.

This was my last road trip from Colorado Springs where I live to Steamboat Springs. Elevations varied from 6,000 to over 10,000 feet. Almost 26 mpg over 430 miles. Flat land can be good because you don’t have to move your foot on the pedal much but the computer will compensate for high altitude by cutting back fuel.

As said all of the MPG threads are a S$$$ show due to different locations and the rest. But damn I've read some messed up MPG here.
I can average 20-22 mpg regularly, if I try to I can push it up to mid 20s depending on traffic not being full of jackass's driving stupid.

Notice that is over the last 4000 plus miles not just the current fill up.
My average driving conditions is a mix of county Rd, hwy, city and 565 I-state loaded with hills too. A key tip is keep max speed a 69 mph and below min speed at 46-49 mph. In that range I get my top MPG so that shows a design parameter to me (???) FYI a Sport S "Max-Tow" not being drove around empty.

I reset trip odometer A at fill up B with oil change. 2020 summer I had pushed my MPG to 27 for a few weeks. Hardly any of listed above drivers on road. 🤔🤔🤔
Damn I just was thinking most of them are driving around with their windows up and a mask on now too. 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Now if this is any one here sorry for hurting your feelings.😁

It varied wildly from 20 mph in hairpins on high passes to 75 - 80 mph on straightaways.

Hey, your gauge display is different than most. Is that configurable?

2020 Sport S 3.73. 2” inch front lift with Mojave coils, .75” rear lift with Mojave coils, 2.5” magnaflow crawler exhaust with dynomax super turbo muffler and afe dry flow filter. Also have rubicon steel bumper, warn 10s winch, 35” GY Duratracs on factory steelies and AEV snorkel. 19.1 mpg as of the last three fill ups. Truck was saying 19.4 so close. Im happy overall. With regular oil changes this Pentastar should prove reliable and not cost much over its life.

As Already covered you can change it some in settings. Even with base radio.

A interesting second thing I've found is depending on how it is riding can change MPG in the JT. I've picked back up about .5 MPG since added air bags in rear raising the back up to stock ride and rake.

Throwing my hat in the ring here -

Willys w/ Auto trans, stock 3.73 and 33`s, 3.5" front / 2" rear lift, probably 450 pounds of accessories (Bumpers, winch, roll bar, diff armor, etc etc) Ive been averaging ~14.8 mpg.

Recently installed a throttle body spacer and shot up to ~17 mpg, after a few thousand miles and fuel trim adjusting I am averaging ~16.5 and the truck has more "get up and go". No intake or exhaust mods. The spacer was cheap and will pay for itself in gas savings in time.
