So i have a question. i have a 2020 sport s non max tow. im going to put some method 315 0 offset wheels on it. my question is what if i throw on some aftermarket fenders or rubicon fenders with a chop kit and throw on a set of 37s. i feel like this could be done! then i dont have to mess with a lift and driveshafts and it keeps it low center of gravity. please chime in and give me your guys opinions.

I doubt you can do 37's with no lift (atleast not without rubbing)- not so much because of the lift clearence -but the fender flares on non rubicons are lower and the narrow axles will be limiting in terms of when you need to turn. Spidertrax wheelspacers, rubicon fender flares and you could probably pull it off.

That’s what I said in my post. Could it be done with rubicon fenders or aftermarket fenders

If you don’t regear you’ll hate it. Find some Rubi or Jave takeoffs.
No lift will save money for the re gear. That wasn’t my question. I’m educated on gears and all that. Just wondering about the fenders clearance with aftermarket fenders and no lift

Yes, it can be done, even with sport fenders, I did it myself. Just don't go off road. You may still rub on lower control arm tho. But it is streetable. Search my previous posts. Recommend 3.5" lift min if u want to off road.

Personally, I would recommend the right fenders and a two inch lift minimum to Offroad it hard…

You seem really insistent on throwing the cart before the horse but you might want to think why most don't do what you're asking.

Can it be done? Yes. New fenders and liners and trimming the air dams will get 37s to fit but you'll rub like hell on the lower control arms at lock and who knows where else when you wheel.

I had sport fenders on my sport max tow, still able to drive around town till I put lift on 2 weeks later. With higher clearance fenders it should be like adding up to 1" lift up front. Here's my current setup on 3.5 rc spacer lift and 37s. New bumper and winch added a lil more weight to front.

That's why I jotted my personal experience for him. Streetable no problem, just don't articulate. 3.5" lift is highly recommended for a sport with 37s though. 2.5" with high clearance fenders.

Plus, don't forget a longer (lift) spring will net you more wheel travel.

I have 35's on Mojave wheels, Rubicon suspension, and 1.5 level in front on my O'land. I rub both directions at lock.
