I'm thinking my Gladiator might be at the dealership even though when I speak to Jeep chat they tell me my Gladiator is still in KZ status.
Here is my rationale, this morning I received a welcome email from Jeep with information on owner support and links to videos. I then received an email from SiriusXM informing me of my Gladiator's subscription to Sirius and Guardian being activated on 7/06/19. I then received an email from Jeep asking me to finish setting up my account so that I can use all of my Jeep services. I would think all of this would be initiated at the receiving dealership and not done at the factory. Is this just wishful thinking on my part?

Thoughts?
Jeep chat told me they sent me all those emails when I got them. I checked with the dealer later that day and they said it was still on the train and probably a week out.

Ok. Jeep chat hasn't been real reliable for me. Have you taken delivery of your vehicle yet?

I believe you are correct and would call the dealer. When I bought my wife’s atlas, we received the same emails. I got a call from the dealer the next day telling me the car was ready to be picked up. :)

Nope. Dealer expects the 13th for arrival at the dealer. Jeep chat straight up told me she sent the emails, but I think that was out of the ordinary process. The dealer activated things for my brother when he picked his up.

13 weeks if you ordered on 4/4.

And no, we aren't even in D yet. Still stick in C. What I wouldn't give to be stuck in D.

Possible it is at the dealer. For the two weeks I was in KZ status, I bugged Jeep Chat everyday what the current ship status code was for my order and was constantly told it was KZ and waiting for shipping to be queued up for rail shipping from Toledo to NC. Finally, I bugged Travis at Tri-City on a Monday morning if he had any different status and was told my Gladiator had arrived that morning. That meant the Jeep Chat people were either lying about it still being in Toledo waiting to ship the whole time or their status system they use is broke.

Mine was the same way. Jeep chat told me this morning KZ with no estimated delivery date yet. It was delivered this afternoon.

I got the same emails!!! 6/13 Welcome and SiriusXM, then 6/22 activated and then 6/30 to finish setting up my account!!! I called SiriusXM to ask them about the service and let them know I don't have my LE yet and their respond was Are you sure!!!!...lol My dealership said my LE last update they got was 6/12 on rail from Toledo to San Diego!!! So they really have no idea where it is!!! Well I continue to sit in KZ status for 38 days now!!!! Ahhh man
