Geo you must have some super ninja patience! I ordered 3/21, built 4/19, and shipping on tracker still shows TBD. I can't get it to update. I'd think that the train heading west to NM and UT would make a pitstop in CO and drop off MY GOBI haha. Let's hope so but the tracker won't update for me at all. I'm stuck on shipping TBD...
My dealer has a number of Jeeps still waiting to ship too, so the dealer has no power to move things along, so to speak. Can the shippers actually think diesel costs will get lower anytime soon?

The new tracking tool finally gave me an update today, it moved my estimated delivery date from 6/9 to 6/20.

It seems the actual "ship date" on the tool isn't reliable, I was holding out hope it was really on a truck and on time to be here this week but alas it is probably sitting on a lot some where waiting for transport.

edit: I reached out to Jeep Chat for curiosity sake to see if they had better information and it turns out they did. They were able to let me know it physically left the facility on 6/3 and is out there somewhere on a transport. My order tracking page just shows "TBD" as the actual ship date still, but seeing other orders show up to dealers before that ever updates I figured it just isn't working yet

I have an estimated delivery date now of June 29th. While I don't like the idea of waiting a month and a half after it was finished being built, I am glad it will come in after I get back from vacation. Estimatedly at least...

I hear ya, Jeep tracker does not show 'shipped' for me but has had an estimated delivery date of June 13 for over a week. Weird apparently no one knows when they are physically loaded to ship. Mine was built May 19 as well. Come Friday I'll probably get bumped just like you-

I just bugged Jeep chat and they confirmed it did actually leave on a transport 6/3 and the new tool just uses a window of estimated delivery time. Their info gave an estimated delivery window of 6/6 - 6/20, for some reason it just moved me up to the end of that window on the new tool.

29 days from Toledo to Boise, that’s insane. I just wish it would hurry and get here so I can actually start driving it, and modifying it, instead of scouring the internet and finding things I didn’t know I needed for it!?
Checked my tracker after your post and mine has updated to the 29th.
Have a fun and safe vacation.

You see, that is interesting, because 'Emily' at Jeep Chat just told me they have no way of knowing if/when a new order is loaded &/or shipped to the dealer, only that they would be updated upon delivery. Very frustrating.

PS: I have asked Gupton several times if they can tell when it's loaded/shipped but they avoid the question & just say "It should hopefully be here by June 13" (Which is exactly what the tracker says.)

You certainly get varying levels of help on the chat, this was the first one that ever responded with real info and actually spent a minute or two before replying back.

Another possibility is that they were full of it and were just making stuff up that sounded nice but has no real way of being verified.

They did state it was no longer at the facility as of the 3rd, so maybe they don’t know transport details but can see if it is on site or not.

Your dealer should be able to provide you pretty much any info on where your jeep is at any given time after it leaves the factor. Mine was able to tell me what day and time it left the factory and followed its progress through the rail system until it reached OKC. On Monday morning was able to tell me it arrived at the OKC rail yard Sunday night and had not, as of Monday morning, been unloaded from the train. Yesterday he informed me it will be delivered by truck to the dealer today. I've never seen what they look at, but he's able to look in the system and find it's location and your dealer should be able to as well. Jeeps tracker still says mine hasn't shipped yet.

Mine was built 5/20 with an estimated delivery date of 6/13 too. I spoke to Gupton Monday and said it still shows the same for him. Planning on picking it up 6/20 assuming it isn't delayed

Welcome, plenty of room in the boat.
If I may ask, what means are you depending on to know when your rig is actually delivered? Having to buy plane tickets certainly complicates matters.

I’m out of town next Mon-Fri so can’t pick it up before the ~20th, and then I have family in town the following Wednesday-Tuesday so I only have a few days (19-23) to pick it up anyways before I need to push it back another week.

As far as my plane ticket, I’ll just buy it when I hear from Gupton that it’s arrived. Im watching the online tracker too. I’m going to follow up with Daniel next week though if I don’t hear from him. I have $200 in United and Southwest vouchers that I’ll put towards the ticket so not too worried about flight cost. I’m also buying a $60k Jeep sooo an extra few hundred for a last minute ticket won’t make that big of a difference haha
