Gupton Motors up to 8% below invoice

Looking for advice on where to proceed. I'd really like to buy a Gladiator and been trying to place an order for a Gladiator thru Gupton for the last several weeks+ but not having any luck. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing communications issues with them? First heard back last month from Sales Manger Bo that informed me Daniel only goes thru email. Emailed but never heard back from Daniel. Heard back from Walter Lee and Kemmy, and sent build sheet several weeks ago, but no response. I've sent several follow-up emails with no response for weeks now, so not sure if my requested order went thru, or I need to seek out another dealer? I'd like to order a jeep thru them, but not getting a response thru the normal channels.

That's strange. Have you checked your spam folder? Walter has been very responsive with me.

I thought of that too and checked, but nothing in there. I may try to call them next week.

Both Walter and Daniel have always gotten back to me the next day if not the same day. Are you sending new emails or just replying to older emails that they have contacted you with? I always reply to an ongoing message. I have heard that some go to their junk folder and they get missed on their end.

Daniel always replied within the hour to all of my emails...
I started with the initial email subject with my name and type of order (Gladiator Rubicon factory order) and then always replied using that same thread....

They always emailed back within the day, often with the hour. I would highly doubt your order went through if you did not pay the deposit.

Yeah - start a new thread/subject directly with Daniel ([email protected]) with a subject of "Gladiator Factory Order - <your Name>"

Got a Gobi Majave ordered through Gupton Apr 22nd. Extremely smooth ordering process. Under 4 hours from my first email to Daniel to having the VON.

Picked up my Rubicon yesterday. Ordered 3/1. Had to wait a bit to sign paperwork because there were 3 others in line picking up too. Painless process. Well worth the savings and hassle vs. local dealers.

Their lot is overrun with new and used vehicles. I was trying to work the the math of taking that many orders, managing them and getting them delivered. Gupton didn’t look like a huge dealership (although their orders must make them compete with one). The administrative requirement alone for communicating through the order process is more than one person’s full time job. All that said, I’m happy with the entire process. They were nice, Renee was kind, and the Jeep was delivered in the timeline and at the price they quoted. Side note, Renee had her Jeep delivered while I was sitting there doing paperwork with her. She was excited the same way everyone else is when we see our new Jeeps get delivered.

Also, snapped a picture of the truck that arrived while I was there. Good luck to those that are still waiting. You will all get across the finish line.

I ordered through Gupton in late March. I received my VIN March 30th. I haven’t heard any other updates yet, as somewhat expected.

I’ll be flying in from Arizona. While a long drive back, I’m looking forward to visiting many states on the way back.

Basically 5%, then take 1% for tread lightly membership, then 1% for financing.

I think that may be my Sarge Green on the end. Jeep chat said delivery was complete when I checked on Monday.

Anyone know how long Gupton has been taking lately to process new arrivals? I know they have a lot to do so I'm trying not to bug them. I'll need to book a flight to go pick this up and the more notice I have the cheaper that flight will be.
